Cancelling my telephone appointment without notification. Lucky I rang to ask what the delay was or id still be waiting for a call that would never come.
Apparently it was my fault too because it's been months since I've physically been to the centre. I still don't understand that being grounds for cancelling my appointment without notifying me.
