  Will never ever purchase ANYTHING again from this business . My husband bought me a car cover last year 2018 for my birthday one that was supposedly higher quality then the one he wanted to purchase . This was highly recommended by the owner Teno. The end of last year I noticed after the cover was taken off there was damage to the railings on my roof. My husband immediately took the cover and spoke with Teno about the issue and then asked for the receipt and cover to be sent to the supplier who would access the cover.
  The cover was then returned no receipt to Teno who rang my husband and said he would support our claim against the company as there lame excuse was a cat or possum had walked on the cover causing tiny pin holes which led to water and air getting under the cover (which is a outdoor cover) causing the damage which quoted is around $600 to repair.
  After contacting fair trading who laughed at their excuse said it is an outdoor cover what do they expect funny we don’t own a cat or possum . They also stated the business that sold the cover is liable for the refund and damage .
  Teno after abusing my husband stated he does not have time to deal with fair trading and we could get f@#$%d. He’s said he’s friend the panel beater who he sent us to in the first place for a quote will be on he’s side and say it was the paint at fault . Funny no issues until the cover .
  Now they will not give us the receipt or return calls I promise we will fight this all the way and hopefully this review can save another person the heartache and damage to their vehicle caused by the car cover recommended by the owner who is rude abusive and unprofessional!!!!
  Excuse me Tino we have NEVER abused the panel beater you are rude yes you DID use the f word not once but numerous times
  The paint has not as you state deteriorated how would it when the car is undercover all the time!
  Fair trading have stated you are liable and you refuse to accept this perhaps give them a call yourself!
